4. Annual General Meeting of W5 Bible Chapel & the Corporation: On
March 20th after family hour there will be a fellowship lunch at the
chapel. All are invited to participate.
Following lunch (~1.30 pm) the Annual Meeting of West Fifth Bible
Chapel will be held in the main auditorium where various ministry
reports and financial statements will be presented. This meeting will
be followed by the AGM of the West Fifth Bible Chapel Inc. as
required by the by‐laws.
A formal notice for the AGM of the Corporation has been posted on
the bulletin board along with a list of members of the Corporation.
Proxy forms will be available and please contact one of the elders in
case you are likely to be absent and want to be represented in the
meeting by your representative.
5. W5 Address Book Update: We will be printing new address books
and please update your information in the proof copy placed on the
table in the overflow area. Please see Ron Hansen if you need new
photographs to be taken.
6. The AWANA Family Night: The final AWANA family night for the
season is scheduled for Thursday, March 31st at 6:30 pm. All awards,
trophies, camp contest winners will be announced. The gospel will
again be presented to the family members of the clubbers.
